- What if my socks were damaged when I received them?
- We're so sorry your product was damaged. Send us an email with the subject line "I Need To Return An Item". Add picture attachments of the faulty sock(s) to the email as well and we will go from there. Feel free to review our Return Policy.

- How do I know which sock counts as an automatic donation?
- Each season we will update the Rotating Season of Donating sock. The sock is located on the home page underneath the home page slideshow.
- How many socks do I have to purchase for it to count as a donation?
- Every TWO pair that you buy, we will donate a pair!
